Resilience and confidence workshop for children

Who should attend this workshop?

Any child aged 6-9 in Singapore (this is an in-person workshop) who would benefit from a boost in resilience and confidence ahead of starting the new school year

What can my child expect if they attend?

The emphasis for this session is to very much on fun, interactive activities! Each activity has been carefully selected to equip children with key practical strategies. Every strategy can increase resilience and confidence when used regularly.

Who will be leading the session?

Me! I’m Dr Sarah Whyte and I’m a specialist in wellbeing and resilience. As an experienced former primary school teacher, I was head of curriculum for Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education at Tanglin Trust School. I now work with international schools, families and organisations as a speaker, facilitator, consultant and ICF certified coach to support their wellbeing and resilience. My doctorate focused on supporting Third Culture Kids with emotional intelligence.

When & where is this workshop taking place?

I have a couple of spaces left for the session which will take place on Tuesday 25 August 2020 10.00-11.00am. As we’re following the social distancing guidelines from the Singapore government, spaces are extremely limited. I have a beautiful space on Science Park Drive where I’ll be holding the workshop. Once you’re signed up, I’ll send the exact location.

How do I sign my child up for the workshop?

Simply email me to reserve a place for your child and I’ll be in touch with additional details.

Any more questions?

If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please do get in touch and I’ll be happy to answer your questions. I also work with children on an individual basis if you feel that would be a better option for your child.
